• UK Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri Only) - £7.00
• UK Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 Working days) Based on parcel weight:
• 0 - 750g £2.50
• 751g - 1000g £3.80
• 1001g - 2000g £4.10
• 2001g + £6.00 

Our operating times are Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm. 

Returns Information

While we strive to deliver high-quality sweets, if you are unsatisified with your purchase for any reason then we will do everything in our power to fix it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of damanged or incorrect products along with your order number -> sweetweshop@outlook.com. 

We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details, you will have to wait for your order to be returned back to our HQ

No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to Parcelforce / Royal Mail.
